A new knowledge management system for sustainable land management

The Committee for Environmental Protection under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, with the support of the World Bank and the GEF, has been implementing the project on Environmental Land Management and Rural Livelihoods (ELMARL) since 2013. ELMARL is currently creating a new Knowledge Management System whereby all interested farmers and land users, interested organizations, will be able not only to access information, but also to share knowledge and experience through the electronic Knowledge Management Platform for Sustainable Land Management.
