All salmon distributed by Dream Seafood count Bristol Bay, Alaska as home. Once the fish are caught, the salmon are handled with the greatest of care and timely preserved in temperature specific pressurized saltwater. The salmon is then transported to a tender­ship, where it is directly taken to handling house where it is filleted, de­boned, and flash frozen.  The flash freezing process has scientifically proved to capture the highest level of flavors and nutrient content to preserve the fish when it is at its highest quality. The entire process from catch to packaging takes no more than 30 hours, making the end result one of the freshest filets of salmon available for consumption.
