For more than 25 years, lifelong learners have joined together at UCSC to enjoy a wide range of intellectual, cultural, social, and recreational activities. Each of our hundreds of members has the opportunity to:

¨ Attend public lectures presented by respected faculty or community experts at our monthly meetings.

¨ With one small donation, join one or
more of dozens of peer-led interest groups on art, music, literature, philosophy, science, community programs, horticulture, the outdoors, social sciences, or recreation. A complete list is on our website.

¨ Participate in short courses on a wide
variety of subjects, in film seminars,
and in seasonal social events; a small donation is asked for most of these.

¨ Audit at no charge (with instructor’s approval) most University courses.

¨ Use the University’s fine physical education facilities at reduced rates.
